Happy Birthday!

Today is selenic76's birthday.

Happy Birthday!

For a present, you get a 300-word drabble with the fandom(s), character(s) and/or pairing(s) of your choice, just leave me a note with what you'd like. Don’t be afraid to ask for something I’ve never written before – if I’m even passingly familiar with the fandom, I’m usually willing to give it a try!

I hope you have/had a great day!

Things at Home: Collapse )

Things at Work: still going well. Once again this year, I had a bunch of days off to use by the end of the year, so I took all the Wednesdays in November and December (except the one before Thanksgiving) and a few more days in December. With Christmas and New Year’s both being in the middle of the week, that was almost two full months without having to work a whole five days in a row. Now, it’s back to real schedule…

Things Read:
The Superhero Book: The Ultimate Encyclopedia of Comic-Book Icons and Hollywood Heroes (Gina Rene Misiroglu, 2004 – my copy, 2012)
(apparently, I read mostly at work and I took a bunch of days off, so…)
EDIT: I also read The Legend of Holly Claus (Brittney Ryan & Laurel Long, 2004 - my copy, 2006) (I re-read this every year)

A Beauty & the Beast Christmas (2019)
Full Court Miracle (2003)
Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)

Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Blessed Kwanzaa, Joyous Yule...

As has become tradition, my present to all my LJ friends is to write each of you a 300-word drabble with the fandom(s), character(s) and/or pairing(s) of your choice. The theme will be Christmas (or fandom-appropriate winter holiday) unless otherwise specified. And don't be afraid to ask for a fandom/pairing I've never done before - I love a challenge :)

Just leave a comment with your request, and hopefully I'll get your drabbles written & posted before June...
